Interview & Keynote in Co-CreART Project

As part of the “Social Street Labs” event series at the University Mozarteum, an expert interview with Cansu Demir is currently on display and accessible to the public for one month. The format brings together artistic, scientific, and societal perspectives to rethink questions of urban coexistence and future living environments.

The exhibition is part of the “Co-CreART – Transdisciplinary Lab for Transformation” project, which fosters co-creative collaboration between art, science, and society to initiate sustainable transformation processes. In her interview, Cansu Demir provides insights into current developments in automated driving, with a particular focus on transparency and trust in human–vehicle interaction. In doing so, she makes key aspects of her research accessible to a broader audience.

In addition, she was invited to give a keynote talk on “The Future of Mobility” on the 29th of April 2026. In her talk, she addressed sustainable developments, technological visions, and the societal implications of emerging mobility concepts, drawing on her current research. Through her contributions, Cansu Demir connects scientific insight with public engagement and provides an important impulse for interdisciplinary dialogue on the future of mobility.
