We are proudly announce, that she was one of only seven recipients of the EXPO 2025 Travel Grant, awarded in connection with this year&#8217;s World Expo.<\/p>\n<p>As part of her dissertation, Cansu Demir develops and investigates <em>in-vehicle intelligent agents<\/em> \u2013 AI systems designed to actively support drivers by recognizing situations, assisting in decision-making, and communicating with users in real time. Her research focuses on human-centered design to improve road safety and make mobility more inclusive.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThe Expo offered fascinating insights into global developments and emerging technologies.
