MINT workshops with pupils from the music high school
As part of the initiative to promote MINT skills, Cansu Demir (EXDIGIT) and Vivien Wallner (Division HCI) recently organized workshops for students at the Musisches Gymnasium. Under the motto “Music and Technology”, students were given the opportunity to explore creative and innovative connections between the two fields. In the workshop, they built their own “magic pencil” that conjured up melodies on paper and made musical instruments out of fruit that were made to sound through the use of technology. The workshops offered the students an exciting opportunity to develop their creative side while learning programming in a fun way.
